Redmi 13 5G India launch date details:
The Redmi 13 5G is set to launch in India on July 9th. The smartphone will be available for purchase through Amazon, which has a dedicated page revealing the phone’s key specifications, design, and other details.
Redmi 13 5G specifications (expected):
The Redmi 13 5G is confirmed to feature a 108MP primary camera within a dual-camera setup at the rear, along with a 2MP macro camera and an 8MP selfie camera. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset and will include a 5,030mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
On the software side, the Redmi 13 5G will run Xiaomi HyperOS, making it the first Redmi phone to come with HyperOS out of the box. While the exact dimensions haven’t been disclosed, the brand claims the Redmi 13 5G will have the largest display in its segment for a 5G smartphone, protected by Gorilla Glass 3.
The Redmi 13 5G will feature a crystal glass design, although it hasn’t been confirmed if the back panel is actually glass or another material. The smartphone will be available in two color options: Pink and Green. Its design is trendy, with flat edges reminiscent of the latest iPhones and Galaxy flagships.
The Redmi 13 5G is set to succeed the Redmi 12 5G, which launched in India last August as one of the most affordable 5G phones, starting at Rs 10,999. While the new model does not offer a chipset upgrade, it does feature an improved primary camera, a slightly larger battery, and faster charging compared to the Redmi 12 5G. More details will become clear once the phone officially debuts in India.
