The iQOO Z9x 5G shares many features with the recently released Vivo T3x, including the same processor, camera setup, and battery specifications. The iQOO Z9x is an excellent choice for budget-conscious users seeking a performance-oriented smartphone. Beyond its robust performance, it boasts a substantial 6,000mAh battery that comfortably lasts all day, even for heavy users. The smartphone also features a vibrant display and a quality stereo speaker setup, enhancing the multimedia experience. However, the camera performance may not satisfy all users’ expectations.

In terms of design, the iQOO Z9x closely resembles the standard Z9, featuring a nearly identical camera island layout. The smartphone is available in two color options: Tornado Green and Storm Grey.
We received the Tornado Green variant, which features brush stroke patterns across the rear panel that glimmer under light. The camera island and chrome edges are tinted green to match the rear panel, creating a sleek, harmonious design. The matte finish on the back effectively reduces smudges and fingerprints.
At the bottom, you’ll find the increasingly rare 3.5mm headphone jack, a Type-C port, and a speaker grille. The volume and power buttons are located along the right edge, while the SIM tray is on the left. The power button also doubles as a fingerprint sensor, which is both swift and accurate. Additionally, the smartphone boasts IP64 water and dust resistance, a rarity in this price range, providing protection against dust and water splashes.
