    Infinix Zero 30 Review Update’s 2023

    Introduction

Over the past couple of years Infinix has been gaining traction outside its traditional markets, on the back of several excellent midrange offers that offer superb value for money. Along with sister companies Tecno and Itel, the Chinese Transsion Holding’s maker has ventured out of its strongholds in Africa and South Asia and has been expanding its global reach.

While entry-level phones are Infinix’s forte, the company’s Zero lineup also includes some higher-reaching models and it has been the driving force behind the recent growth. This is where we find the Zero 30 5G that we have for review today.

It is an interesting device, looking far more premium that its price tag suggests with that 144Hz curved AMOLED display. The MediaTek Dimensity 8020 inside the Zero 30 5G is not exactly a proper flagship chipset, but it’s no slouch either. One could argue that the Zero 30 is the more capable cameraphone alternative to the recently reviewed GT 10 Pro, which become quite the market success story.

The Zero 30 5G is rocking a large 5,000 mAh battery with fast 68W charging, a 108MP OIS-enabled main camera and 50MP selfie with 4K video capabilities – the later being the focal point of its entire marketing campaign. Stereo speakers, FM radio receiver and NFC complete the highlights.

As usual, we are taking nothing for granted, though, and we need to put the Infinix Zero 30 5G through its paces before we offer any verdict. That Dimensity 8020, for one, is not a chip we have extensive experience with, even though it is technically a rebranded Dimensity 1100. But before any of that, however, here’s an unboxing.

    Unboxing:-

The Infinix Zero 30 5G ships in a solid cardboard two-piece box. It is very sturdy and includes a plastic cradle for the phone itself to keep the phone safe during shipping.

Infinix is pretty generous with the included accessories. You get a 68W Infinix charger along with a USB Type-A to Type-C cable. This is a non-standard cable with an extra pin inside, so you need to keep track of it and the charger if you want to maximize the phone’s fast charging potential. There is also a nice transparent TPU case in the box.
